His journey began with a successful 20-year tenure at the WCB, where he gained invaluable insight into the intricacies of workplace insurance operations. In 1994, John transitioned to private consulting, offering employers across Ontario expert solutions to complex WSIB challenges. In 2008, John became a licensed paralegal through the Law Society of Upper Canada, now called the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) with Paralegal License Number P01936.
